This place has some of the most unprofessional sales reps I’ve ever dealt with. The only person worth working with is Andry Cortina, who’s mainly from the Toyota dealership nearby—he’s the exception. Unfortunately, the maintenance team here isn’t much better either. My dad has always bought and leased his cars from this dealership and he was who introduced me to this team. I will also be buying all of my cars from them in the future. The service was amazing and relatively quick. Yuriel and Carlos were espectacular. They explained the whole process and went into detail about everything that was happening and why. They were extremely helpful and I am grateful since this was my very first car. 1000000/10 recommend to shop here. They’re the best!
