I visited this property as well as many others in a search for housing for the fall. Out of all the other apartments I went to, I was treated the best here. I was greeted immediatly and offered coffee or water. I spoke with both the manager and assistant and both ladies were very nice. I was not rushed or pushed aside since I was looking for the fall. I have several friends that live in this area and 1 that lives at South Creekside..I now see why she has stayed! I am on the wait list and plan to choose to live here come Augu... read more

I love living at South Creekside. The staff is very nice and always eager to help. I have yet to have any issue with my unit but I see the maintenance man all the time so I know he is working hard. My unit is great. I love being so close to campus. I would recommend living here to everyone I know. I couldnt be happier.
The Apartments are Nice And Worth Another Chance!! This place has had some management problems, but its so much better now! The community director has been here since July and is GREAT! She knows what is going on and isnt afraid to help you fix any problem. Even if the problem was caused by previous managers. Their are two people in the office now so there is always someone available. If the doors locked give it a minute theyre probably on the property somewhere and will return quickly. Great apartment atmosphere and the location is incredible. It is very clean and has everything you would ever need. It is within walking distance of the University as well as being close to grocery stores and other shopping needs. The apartments have a lot of room. Great place to live!!!
The constant and repeated lack of privacy is eroding all of the qualities from the improvements management has authorized on the property. Although the units are affordable, one has to question if it is worth saving money in exchange with the constant stress of loosing belongings, pets, lost wages as well as privacy.
Good neighborhood with nice neighbors. Nice apartment layout.I am not very happy at the moment with some other issues, but hopefully that will be resolved soon.
Dont move in here, youll regret it. If you decide to anyway, youd better prepare for the following:1) Constantly changing management companies. Have a problem? Its not the current managements fault/responsibility. They will point the finger at the previous management2) Unnecessary entry without prior notice/blanket "notices" that span months. 3) From time to time they will change the locks without notice. They did it to our neighbors while they were on vacation. They had to sleep in the car while they waited for the office t... read more
It has roaches and nothing seems to ever get fixed correctly. The management seems to be in totally unorganized also. A feeling of violation sets in when they are always entering your apartment when you are not there to fix something" which never seems to get fixed.
