This was my first visit to this facility as my PCP couldn't see me until the following week, so I decided this would be the place to go. At first, the home-like environment seems nice and comforting. The wait was short, the initial staff was extremely nice, the tech and Larry. They gave me great treatment and I felt they were empathetic to my situation. I walked in at 4:30 p.m. with my sick son and even though they stop taking patients at 4:15 p.m. they saw him. He tested positive for the flu. The staff was right on it everything was fast and I had my sick child home and in bed before 5:35pm. That's the type of service a parent needs when their child is sick. I have been going to this office for many years now with wonderful results,however, the new"Dr" they have now(Cindy?), is a joke! She diagnosed me with a sinus/ear infection but proceeded to tell me that she wants the infection to run for 7-10 days before she prescribes antibiotics! I am sole caregiver to a mother with Parkinson's dementia and I cannot be down with an infection for 7-10 days! Called just after 4pm. Put on hold instantly, without even a "Hello" by the staff. Waited nearly 20mins, only to be told that there's a wait and that they'll be closing at 5pm Thanks for nothing.
Love this office, staff are amazing! I always feel like I got the best care! Everyone is friendly. I feel confident with these providers!
