Don't let this place fool you. It needs new everything, new prices, new management, new building, and %90 of the time you can hear arguments every night, if anyone has the chance to sue this place, take every cent.

New management is never around, there are hoards of homeless people outside the apartments, i’ve been approached every morning before work. Last week a person OD’d on the street and there were ambulances around all night. We are having issues accessing our mail, it’s been multiple weeks of no communication and no one showing up to the office and no way of contacting anyone.
