New management is never around, there are hoards of homeless people outside the apartments, i’ve been approached every morning before work. Last week a person OD’d on the street and there were ambulances around all night. We are having issues accessing our mail, it’s been multiple weeks of no communication and no one showing up to the office and no way of contacting anyone. When I moved in December, I was told the apartment would be cleaned before I moved in. There were orange handprints on the walls and come moving day the apartment was not cleaned. Maintenance was made aware of all of following the concerns and they were documented: Dirty walls, light fixture in the bathroom flickers, heat light had a layer of dirt on it, sink was slow to drain in the bathroom, sink leaked in kitchen, shower walls warped.
