Love living in this apartment, they are over 100 years old and are well maintained, but keeping the historical and vintage look. The only downside is the homeless situation around and the city seems like working on it, but a little slow.
I just moved into the complex and the process was very smooth. Everything went well, and they have great customer service.
A big shout out to our new team, Sara and Miguel! They’ve already proven to be an incredible resource at the apartments, always friendly, approachable, and quick to resolve any situation. Your hard work and positive attitude are making a real difference. Keep up the great work!
I am currently staying at South Court and let me just say, you get what you pay for here. it’s a building over 100 years old and is definitely a piece of history that’s worth living in. there are some issues with the area outside the building, but the administration has done what they can to make it homely. one person thats helped with making my apartment a home in particular is our maintenance man Miguel. I had my Tub drain clogged and Miguel from maintenance help unclogged the drain and now it's working at its best
