I have been going to Select for over 20 years now before and after surgeries And always very professional and explain the plan. To help ease the process Highly recommended.

I’ve recently had an issue with my hip, and was referred to PT, my choice. I’m so glad I chose Select. My experience with Colin and Paul was wonderful. Their concern and attention to my issues were addressed. The workouts were challenging, but exactly what I needed to gain strength. I’d highly recommend Select, and will utilize them again if the need arises!
