Literally cannot put into words how happy I am with this dealership. I never write reviews for anything but I had to make an exception for this because they helped me when I lost all hope with getting a new car. I recently bought a car from this dealership in December 2024, they sold me a brand new 2025 Nissan Sentra SV. Went in for a transmission fluid, and they ended up over filing it, which caused it to start leaking. Led to my car having problems. Pretty bummed out because I never had issues with my car until they did that! I would not come here honestly.... Take your car to get serviced somewhere else.

Nissan of Gilroy's Service department is great. They make it easy and convenient to make a service appointment both online and on the phone. The service technician Dillon Nguyen is great and very helpful. It's amazing how much info Nissan has on all the different services I have done on both Nissan vehicles we own. We have a Frontier 4x4 and a Rogue AWD.
