Practitioner CHELSEA MCCLURE and Nurse JKP were my lifesavers last night. The first doctors and nurses to listen to me in three days and finally get me help. This was on December 26 a very hectic day but why handled it with such ease and like I was the first person they had met with. They were so kind and attentive. I will be back with any urgent care needs.

Dangerously negligent. My daughter was taken to this hospital by rescue *against the pediatricians direction* (and against mine - as the hospital had previously failed her with flu in 2020- after which she needed hospitalization. This time was far worse. My child was in respiratory distress with previously diagnosed flu and pneumonia (also has a history of respiratory distress) and had begun vomiting. ZERO communication. My son was in recovery for 2 hrs, NOT 1 person said anything to me I'm in the waiting room. The bathroom near surgical waiting room is worse than a filthy out house.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4 out of 5 stars Or perhaps 4 stars and 75% of the 5th star I truly want to give South County Hospital a full 5 stars, because the staff are consistently polite, professional, compassionate, and hardworking. This hospital has helped me, my family, and my friends many times over the years, and in more than one situation they have quite literally saved our lives. For that alone, I am deeply grateful.
