I was brought here last summer after I broke 3 vertebrae in my back. While in the er I asked for ice. What I was given was the ice packs that you break and get 2 minutes of cold therapy from. I asked the nurse if I could get a bag of ice, real ice, and was told no they don’t have any “real ice”. When that burnt out, ready for the pasture nurse, left I asked an aide and she could not have been more pleasant and said of course we have ice, and came back with a large bag of ice. went to the emergency department for very severe ear pain. they looked and said my ears looked “perfect!” and sent me home with tylenol. next morning the pain was even worse so i saw my primary care doctor. turns out i had double untreated ear infections and one eardrum was completely ruptured!!! no idea how they missed that? really disappointed that they didn’t take me seriously.

This hospital will actually leave you traumatized. I have mental health issues so being in public is very difficult for me they had scheduled me for an upper endoscopy i showed up and just sat in a waiting room by this point ive had no food water or medicine for almost 24 hours I turned to my boyfriend and said my head hurts so badly I gotta go home thats when the threats began threats because I simply wanted to leave see back in January of 2023 your hospital traumatized me so badly in the icu while I was being treated for h... read more

Leslie is the worst caretaker here. She is not nice does not have any compassion. She cared for me abuse, me while I was in her care at this hospital. There is a reason she is per diem.
