I’ve been here for over a week dealing with the flu and respiratory issues. Members of the care team have taken the time to lift me up and laugh with me when I needed it most. The care has been exceptional. They are not rushing me out. They are taking their time to make sure I’m healing. They aren’t pressuring me to take treatments I don’t agree with. Really appreciate how friendly the staff is but wait time is usually insane to the point it makes me hesitant to go because I know It’ll be 6+ hours of mostly waiting around

If I could give them zero stars I would!! Absolutely awful and there is no professionalism of their employees while they’re on the clock. What’s worse is this behavior is coming from department heads. I’m also curious to know what the policy is with the use of social media while punched in for the shift. Commenting and making fun of people’s mental health?? Are you kidding me?? Your healthcare organization sworn to professional in and out of work. What a bad name this worker is making for South County Health

First time ever at this hospital, was instantly greeted by the receptionist who went above and beyond to help me check in to the emergency room, the doctors, the nurses the staff were absolutely kind, along with the individuals that work in cat scan, younger individual who went above and beyond and showed kindness and compassion when I felt the worst. I will be returning back here when I need to!

My daughter is at south county for mental health issues. They laugh at her, treat her like a criminal, a child, and less worthy. No one talkes to her or gives her any compassion. They huff and puff if she asks for something even a choice in food. Any brief conversation is meant with "I'll ask your nurse or doctor but we are really busy with other patients and probably won't have time to talk to you now.
