Waited 3 hours not once ever seen or evaluated after being put in there waiting room.
Recently had major surgery here and the staff and hospital were efficient, kind and professional.... It was a very positive experience in a calm atmosphere. Highly recommend this hospital.
Impossible to reach the billing department, and they never follow up on voicemails. Hospital recognized an overbilling more than 30 days ago and now I cannot seem to get in contact with them in anyway.
I would like to express gratitude for the entire staff at SCH as my mother has been in the hospital for 14 days now. Everyone has been extremely kind, compassionate and attentive to her needs. Dr. Ted Delmonico and the rest of the doctors that oversaw the care of her so far shows why SCH is the best in the state. The endless nurses.
