Went to the ER today for extreme back and leg pain from a slipped disc, was treated as though it was a muscle strain and told to follow up with my ortho clinic for an MRI. I can barely walk and am still in agony. Didn't do any kind of basic ortho assessment regarding my ability to move and utterly dismissed my history of spinal issues.

I visited the Emergency Department on 10/2/26 with my elderly mother who had sustained an injury. All staff and volunteers from the time of check in and through scans, exams, treatment and discharge were professional, caring and engaged with the patient and family. In our most challenging moments, feeling cared for and about by staff is comforting. Keep up the great work!

S Cty Health at SCH was rude and condescending!! They refused to see me because I'd been to their E Greenwich Office on Rte 2. The online information DID NOT state that. When I told a couple of friends they said exactly the same thing. Poor, rude treatment.

I used the online system because I was bringing my elderly mother to the ER and wanted to avoid having her sit unnecessarily in an emergency room waiting room for hours. We followed the instructions, waited approximately FOUR HOURS at home, and arrived at ... read more
