This system makes paying a bill horrendously complex, involving account creation with a patient number they can't disclose, etc. It's like paying a bill in 2004.
I had surgery for my shoulder replacement, 3 months ago. Great clean hospital with knowledgeable health care professionals. Dr Mason did a nice job for my shoulder replacement. As a retired RN, I highly recommend this hospital!
Not my first south county hospital ER Terrible expierance . Ionly went there for a bloodcdrawcseen as their lab closes @3;45 and all other lans in the area close @ 4 pm. When someone works toll 5pm. Its impossible.... SCH didn't even have proper supplies to draw blood. They had to use a IV. Read my report from the visit and past visits. Staff is judgemental and discriminating. Can someone explain how only being seen in triage for a bloodvdraw you get diagnosed with a bunch of medical and MH
I have never had a bad experience here. Their teams have always been outstanding. Excellent communication. Great coordinated effort. Especially in the ER. I would recommend to anyone.
DO NOT use the emergency room at this hospital. They will make you wait for several hours even if you reserve a spot. Some of the nurses are wonderful but many of the staff are rude and unaccommodating for people who are clearly looking to get help. They are clearly understaffed and the doctors are leaving in droves for a reason. STAY AWAY
