Everyone at this practice is exceptional! All of the receptionists, the nurse, and the doctor I interacted with were all so friendly, communicative, and respectful; they made me feel so comfortable and supported. For each of my concerns, they listened so intently, asked questions, performed evaluations with consent at every step, ordered any necessary tests, and provided clear, thorough information. This practice treats you like a number. No human touch. You call and you’re identified by DOB like you have no name. I had surgery 11/1, my PCP has been monitoring my care. I went in 11/7 for a follow up and two women behind the desk were complaining about a patient that called and allegedly had questions pertaining to their health. I have been a patient at this office for over 20 years at the time with Dr. Sun. I followed her from another group because I trusted her and felt she had a true sense of concern for my well being. When she left I was moved to a NP that was there to take her patients. Not my choice. And not my style. Then yet another practitioner, whom I felt was inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable. I followed my PA here because she was one of the best, I am leaving because she isn’t good anymore, her personal touch with patients is what made her the best, since moving here she treats us like a number and a stat, without the personal care she used to bring, she’s a JAG!!
