Very disappointing experience. I had scheduled a new patient appointment 2 months ago and was told a few days ago (not even via phone call but via a message on a patient portal that I happen to check yesterday) that it has been cancelled due to the provider not being available in the afternoon anymore when I had my appointment scheduled. Horrendous in every possible way. They cannot even keep doctors - they all leave which makes it very difficult. They want you to come in every time you need to refill prescriptions.
I am seeing my doctor today I have a deep wound on my forehead which left ugly scar and tissue below is damaged my good eye was hurt I have blurriness and lid is damaged the ocuplastic surgeon informed me I must wait six months after two months my condition has not improved and when I close my eye the pain reverberates downward!
