Used the lab. They took the blood on Monday, early morning. Doctor had to cancel my Wednesday appointment because the results were not in. Calls to the lab from me and the doctor's office went to the voicemail and were never returned. Went to the lab on Thursday morning in person, hoping to get a printout, and was informed that they do not have access to the test results. 5-Star Medical care and great staff! My family have many Doctors and PA's in our relatives, so I know a well-run medical office or clinic. The clinic is beautifully decorated and clean. The receptionist who checked me in was kind. There was no wait! I made an appointment and was seen on time. My nurse was helpful and friendly. The x-ray tech was also great! Visited South County today and received super care from all of its employees, Great Nurse Practitioner, x-ray tec, and staff. No pneumonia!
