I concur. The Lab is ok, but the whole idea of the Lab is to get the results. The Lab is just a service. Try to get them...! I'm not paying till I see the results an then some...
The lab is wonderful! Trying to get results is HORRIBLE next’ to impossible to sign up for Results. Needs to be simplified
