Went in because I have cold symptoms but I've been throwing up and my sore throat is like a 10/10 and they told me it's just seasonal allergies, do not go here, they suck!!!. Didn't even check me for strep just ushered me out the door saying"If it gets worse, come back".
A great experience for someone who was not feeling well. The wait was short and the staff couldn’t have been more caring and friendly. Thank you for caring for me today 🩷
We are from out of town and this was the closest urgent care option. Sign in was easy, front desk lady even looked up a pharmacy close by since I don’t know anything about the area. The wait wasn’t long. Christine saw my daughter and she was so sweet and helpful. Overall, a great urgent care experience.
I hooked myself with a striper jig hook. By the time I got to the clinic, my pain was a 9/10. The staff at SC Health Express Care were amazing. From checking in to being discharged, the staff were friendly, attentive, and caring. I was out of there in about 35 minutes. Great place. I definitely don't want this to happen again but if it does, this is my go-to place.
Brought my 4 year old son in for an ear infection today. He was upset and scared to get the COVID "nose tickle." Upset after the swab, Christine Stout came in to do his full evaluation, and had him laughing and giggling the rest of the appointment, even when he was incredibly nervous for her to touch her painful ear. She has seen him before and has always been cheerful, happy, and amazing with both my kids.
