I very rarely leave bad reviews but I’ve been going to this practice for over 25 years and since they were acquired they’ve gotten progressively worse and worse. Terrible customer service, impossible to get a hold of on the phone, reschedule appointments on you all the time. I would not advise to anyone.

Do NOT count on South County Eye Institute. They aren’t there to help you when you need them. After 21 years they have lost me as a patient. Today I called the South County office 4 times. Each time I tried a different extension. Each time the line dropped. I tried the Providence office and received no help. I wanted to email my doctor but was told the office didn’t use email! You expect a medical office to be there when you need them. Don’t count on this office.

Sitting in the waiting area/check-out area for the past 30 minutes the associates at the check-out desk are loud, highly unprofessional & constant useless chatter they need a training session on how to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
