Lisa, receptionist, is impatient, disrespectful and rude. Client-facing staff need support to manage how they present themselves to current and potential patients, including when they are under work stress. Lots of solid dentist options in STL. We will go elsewhere.

First and last experience because of an incredibly rude and disrespectful receptionist. When we made the appointment she accidentally gave us the old address, which is fine mistakes happen. Well then when we went to the wrong address and called to reschedule, she said it would be months before we could get back in and before we could do that we’d have to pay a missed appt fee of $40! After suffering through the retirement of my dentist and seeing the new dentist that bought that practice, I knew, immediately that I wouldn't continue with that office.
