Been there several times to see if they were interested in buying some items I had for sale, considering there is a large flashing light on the door wanting to buy. As usual they were rude and they speak to you like you are dumb and wasting their time. Funny thing is that not everyone is uneducated on the items they bring you. So your low ball, take advantage of people way of working is pretty sad. I feel sorry for the people that really don't have a clue. I had several rings resized, when I got them back I was speechless ! I don't remember them looking so good. Dave does such great work, I always recomend them.

Went in for help with a watch and Bill was pretty rude!! He asked for the manual and as I was getting it out he said "I'm not going to do it all for you." And I was paying him!!! It wasn't like he was checking the watch for free. I paid him $20 just to look at it. Would never go back or recommend. Absolutely no reason to talk to a paying customer like that.
