It looks nice on the surface, but everything else was terrible. Our waitress was nonexistent. Gave us the wrong food and didn’t even attempt to make it right. No apology, nothing. The manager just talked to the employees the entire time and didn’t seem to check on anything. Never even got a refill on drinks. Not good and I would not recommend at all.
I would highly recommend South County’s event planning. Rene was so easy to work with and we were able to set everything up via email after our initial in person meeting in the event space. Our server, Justin, did a fabulous job taking care of our party of 24 in the arcade area. There are several location options and I was happy with the different options for food and drink (open bar-our choice, open bar until you hit a certain limit, only beer available under our party, etc.).
