Great staff and set! Very caring!
The secretaries never answer
They are such great people. They know how to explain things thoroughly and professionally, with kindness and understanding everytime.
They will play games with your doctor's forms and continue to eat donuts
Actively trying to find another place to go. They've made it impossible to contact the front office, which in turn made me miss an appointment because when it comes to at-home telehealth appointments, they say they'll call you, but never do. I've had (i believe)5 appointments scheduled, including reschedules, and only have been able to get to 2 of them, because if the front desk isn't giving out incorrect appointment dates and times, they "forget."
