Actively trying to find another place to go. They've made it impossible to contact the front office, which in turn made me miss an appointment because when it comes to at-home telehealth appointments, they say they'll call you, but never do. I've had (i believe)5 appointments scheduled, including reschedules, and only have been able to get to 2 of them, because if the front desk isn't giving out incorrect appointment dates and times, they "forget." Kind and caring people Rhonda is the Best ☺️
I've been going here for about 10 years. Over the years, I've seen it all... the good and the bad. I could write about how insensitive the staff can be at times. Or how they don't give me any hope of recovering from the diagnosis they gave me 10 years ago. This place is simply A JOKE. I have no idea why I continue to go.
