I have been a client here for 20+ years. The service as the years have gone on is subpar. The young workers are bustling their butts. As the young kid was vacuuming, I could hear that there was no air suction. I commented and he said that they have asked management to fix the equipment and nothing is being done. Terrible car wash! They just want to sell the full detail… literally the worst car wash I have been to. No customer service. Don’t waste your time here.
Car comes super wet. I would I avoid this place. Also vacuums have low suction
I strongly urge you to avoid this establishment at all costs. This place operates on deceptive tactics designed to upsell customers while failing to deliver the promised level of service or quality. On Saturday, November 9, 2024, I visited and was upsold the "Carnuba package" by a supervisor who claimed the regular price was over $70 but that I could get it for $49 as part of a promotional offer. This is the best car spa ever!! Not only was my truck taken care of with extra care and perfection, the customer service is top notch!! I drove all the way from WA state and they were so accommodating to my schedule and the care of my truck!! I would recommend this place over all the other places everyday, my truck looked better than it did when I drove it off the lot when I bought it!!!
