bait and switch. They give you a quote, the quote says 60% upon agreement ad the remaining upon completion. when they get there before they even do the work they will ask for the other 40% and if you cant they recommend you to someone else whos more without even applying for a permit.
The technician showed up on time and started troubleshooting the system. Within 15 minutes he had it diagnosed, promptly went and got the parts needed and remedied the problem. Would definitely recommend
