Idk I feel like this place does way better than any other place in dayton. I get my meds when I need them. Some body usually answers the phone depending on what day it is and time of day. I also like how all the Services all in one building. They Offer a lot of programs that will help you but you have to be willing to put in the work. Case management is amazing those woman that work up there are the best on what they do. Counseling is also really nice as well. Lord have mercy. I personally like my therapist but the staff is absolutely terrible. Horrible garbage staff. Can’t answers calls to save their lives, the amount of times I’ve called back to back no answer and even left messages with no returned call is asinine.
They are really good because they hear what is your problem and they also don't judge people like eastways and I have been with South community over 12 years and I still going to them to have someone to talk to when I need help
Don’t go here if you need help they will drop you as a patient once you lose your Medicaid. What place only accepts Medicaid? When you’re dealing with behavioral health you need to take care of everyone no matter what insurance they have. This place is dangerous for doing that to their patients, they will make you suffer more and stop your medication without a replacement or referral.
