I’ve always had a positive experience here. I don’t understand the negative reviews. I find the dr’s are thorough. It’s a great clinic when I can’t into see my family dr.
I called at 10:30 to ask if they had a female Dr today? Was told yes and only one Dr on staff so come by 4pm. I advised I work up the street and finish at 4:30, can arrive by 4:35. Was told that would be ok. I arrived at 4:34, was told they’re closed and a male Dr on staff. I reiterated my morning conversation and was told I’m sorry, who did you speak with? Great community option. The two receptionist are welcoming and knowledgeable. And the two nurses are friendly and efficient. The establishment is clean and there is plenty of parking.
I had occasion to go to this clinic April 11 and 20th and was very pleased with the service that I received. The receptionists were very efficient and I waited only a short time to be seen by a doctor to have my problem solved.
