Awful service, but I would not recommend to anyone.
Where do I even start, I would absolutely buy every single one of my future vehicles from these South Com auto. They have went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t thank them enough. They stuck up for me and had my back through litigation with a big corporation that destroyed the engine/fuel system on my diesel truck I bought from them. Was lookin for a work truck was met by Brady found a fair deal on a f250 needed a few things done was a new trade in, talked to Scott the owner he had the shop get right on it fixed what was needed had a few minor things but the crew was great I'm satisfied and recommend them highly thanks to the sales and shop crew
I was introduced to South Comercial Auto by a buddy as I was looking at rebuilding my 2004 excursions 6.0. I live in Bend Oregon so they are over 2 hours away. I had them rebuild the engine and over the last 2 years I've driven the extra miles to have them do more upgrades and work. The service i have received from the Owner through the office personnel to the mechanics that have worked on my truck have surpassed any service I have ever received from a maintenance shop. Stay away! They have shady business practices where they will NOT give you the title in exchange for your money, even when you are buying out of state and paying cash (and will have to register it yourself at your local DMV later). That’s UNHEARD of. This is like you’re gonna give the money to someone and you will have the car without the paperwork.
