Truly saddened to have to remove myself as a patient because I do love Dr. Phelps but I have gone to one too many appointments and had to wait well over an hour to be seen. On more than one occasion after waiting for entirely too long, I left without being called to the back. Today, I waited for 45 minutes and only one of the five patients that were there before me were called back.
