The process was smooth, but upon picking up the vehicle after it was detailed, I noticed that the struts that they replaced were the wrong ones, attempting to bypass the adaptive suspension by electrical taping the Sencer and leaving it dangling there. When I brought it up to the sales rep, he asked what I wanted him to do about it and I asked him to fix it by installing the correct oem parts.
