I have been taking my animals to South Coastal for years, since it opened. I always had a good experience until lately. I've written 5 star reviews in the past and thought it was a safe, clean, friendly and professional business until recently. I am disappointed by the decline in their customer service (it starts at the top), their new voice mail system that is so frustrating and lacks the personal attention of speaking to someone directly, their higher prices, it seems now everything is about money.
