I contacted them about selling them my Palm. They said they didn’t have a buyer but would contact me when they had one and offered to trim the tree. Their guys came to trim the tree but let the tree branches fall freely to my room with zero protection below. It left a big gaping hole in my roof. They offered to fix it, but after months of calling and waiting I gave up. They never fixed it or contacted me again, even after admitting they should have protected my roof. Be careful.
Scott took the time to explain the palm tree removal process to me. That made me feel very comfortable. Once I decided to proceed crew didn't an amazing job. The whole process was quick and easy. Thanks guys!
