From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism by Sindy at the front desk ,which immediately put my mind at ease. Great staff and very clean. Front desk has a smile every time I've taken my daughter to get work done twice. She has severe autism and the second time around the doctor who did her procedure was very helpful and listen to my concerns and fallow all of them. Thank you for going out and beyond to help out my daughter and my concerns
Would highly recommend this place. The staff was very welcoming and along with the doctor they kept us informed about everything prior and during surgery. The doctor and his staff are very knowledgeable and very professional. The whole process from start to finish was very easy thanks to them. 10/10 Service. Great Experience Overall.
I am truly so disappointed with their service here. I took my daughter for a simple procedure and they had informed me 3 days earlier that her medical insurance was okay and that the insurance covered everything. Once I arrived they checked us in and they said they needed to do a scan before the procedure. Once they were done with the scan they informed me that her medical insurance would not cover the procedure and that they would be unable to do the procedure.
