Very unorganized. Did not plan ahead although paperwork has been emailed back and forth. They were not prepared and end up canceling the appointment after waiting at the facility for over 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. Ridiculous

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at your office. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism by Sindy at the front desk ,which immediately put my mind at ease. I remember speaking to her a day before asking if they are able to give us an earlier date for my daughter’s surgery. My daughter was crying from pain and was unable to sleep.
