Not sure how they got 5 stars although as you read through them some are from family members and employees. My experience was far from great. Had issue after issue with them and their tile company Coastal Kitchen. They do not listen to directions, follow up or communicate effectively. They do not input your order correctly and then order the wrong material. It took months to get our counter tops and tile finished and yet things would still be wrong with it; not cut correctly not enough material ordered etc., but yet no one w... read more
