I’m currently under the care of Dr Wayne Ng at the Spine Centre. My treatment isn’t over yet and surgery will be soon I hope. I’m reviewing Dr Wayne Ng’s secretary on reception. All too often we all forget these workers when, to be honest, things can get very hard for us if these staff members don’t do their job properly. Some practices have rude, abrupt and unhelpful staff on the front desk who don’t really give the patient anything extra like a smile even. Not here thank goodness!
