Excellent company the owner was very helpful when getting us the jet skis and going over how to operate them. On time, responsive, courteous, and professional.
Despite some technical difficulties, Kurt was great with offering his assistance and was easy to communicate with. I’d definitely work with him again in the future!
Kurt was awesome, the runners were so much fun! We had a slight issue with one at first and Kurt was there in ten minutes to take care of it and we were back on the water having a great time! Hassle free and reliable, definitely would recommend!
They took $1300 from me and never gave me the Seedoos. I did dispute with credit card company and I never got my money back.
This place is scamming people. We tried to book jet skis from them for a July 4th and they cancelled 2 days before and charged my friend 3 times. We had to call repeatedly to get our money refunded. Today my friend just looked at her credit card and there’s three new charges for $500. They created a false booking for 11/15/21 and charged her again! We never booked anything with them after the July 4th why would we?!!! They cancelled on us 2 days before and charged us multiple times!!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO ARREST THESE PEOPLE!!!!... read more
