Excellent service from start to finish. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was happening with our coolroom in a way we could understand. He arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and was honest throughout the process. Great customer service, friendly communication, and we never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs. Highly recommend for anyone needing commercial refrigeration service.
We purchased a 190ltr Bushman upright fridge for our caravan. Went to see Greg & Fiona on Monday. Ordered it paid for it. It was delivered to our door Thursday afternoon (before Good Friday). Fantastic local people to deal with. We would recommend this business. Regards Steve & Marie
