I had a Panasonic 7.1 kW reverse-cycle air conditioner supplied and installed by South Coast Refrigeration and Air Conditioning in January 2026 and was very happy with the service. They were able to arrange the installation sooner than I had expected, which was very much appreciated, particularly as it was a very hot and humid summer. The installation went smoothly. The technicians were on time, courteous and explained the new air conditioner's features thoroughly. I've also been extremely pleased with the Panasonic itself. ... read more
Excellent service from start to finish. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was happening with our coolroom in a way we could understand. He arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and was honest throughout the process. Great customer service, friendly communication, and we never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs. Highly recommend for anyone needing commercial refrigeration service.

They delivered earlier than expected, installed in a very difficult space, and even helped set the right temperature before they left. Their employee was also a gentleman. I needed this fridge in a hurry, and they... read more
