Just read the yelp reviews about Russel Garner and take everyone's advice and don't use this person who obviously has no ethics. My agent tried contacting him several times over several weeks on a house. (short sell). He never once responded. I contacted him directly. He told me its sort of on hold with the bank. he said they think its worth 900k what did I think? I said I would like to see it or at least pictures to know.
