I was advised that results would be available within 48 hours. Unfortunately, this timeframe passed and I was advised the scan had not yet been reviewed nor reported. No update during this period. As a patient, waiting for important health information without clarity is concerning and added unnecessary stress. Based on this experience, I’m unable to recommend the service.
