I had an ultrasound today. 17/7.. I found girls on reception lovely. However I found the trainee sonographer and her senior not very communicative. They really need to tell the patient what is going on and where they are at throughout the process and make them feel at ease. Also a basket to put your underwear in not just on a chair. I felt the trainee was unsure and looking towards her senior, which is ok but at least communicate. I felt uncared for and just a number.
