The receptionist Adrienne is extremely rude, aggressive and abrupt. Adrienne is unprofessional, extremely disrespectful and lacks the simple skills when communicating with the public. The lack of duty of care shown towards my elderly Father and the lack of communication from the staff of South Coast Mobile Podiatry is very concerning and worrisome.

Staff that visit home are great but clerical staff are very unorganised and in professional. After having to cancel appointment due to them running late and having to attend a more urgent appointment. I was abused and threatened with being invoiced for appointment that they missed. Will not use there services again .

The practice is well organised and friendly. Tom was skilled & personable. The patient I booked for reported the results as 'bliss' after living with painful feet for a long time.
