Great place to live. I love the sense of community. Children can be seen playing outside at the playground or riding their bikes and scooters. There are dogs and people out walking all the time. The maintenance team is dedicated. They are always running around to make sure they keep up with keeping the property looking good and running well, and they always do it with a smile. I have a friend that live in this "community". It's pretty disgusting how much dog poop I have to avoid every time I visit. Everytime it rains it leaks into the apartment from the slider. "Balcony" that feels like it's about to fall over the building anytime someone step foot into it. They never do any maintenance it seems and this place is not a cheap spot to live. I don't know how the "management" team isn't in court all the time.

I am posting in behalf of my mother and stepdad. They just called me today (Dec 2nd) to tell me they received this letter of intention to terminate the lease for non-payment for the month of December of 2024. Mind you today is monday, the 1st was a sunday after thanksgiving week. My mother has always paid her rent on time through the app they approved, which usually gives up to the 5th of the month to get paid. I have lived here for almost a year. Property is nice and clean. Grounds are kept up. Office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance request are handled promptly.
