I had a disappointing experience with this office due to their unethical billing practices. I scheduled an appointment for an annual physical, which is fully covered by my insurance. However, they performed additional tests that went beyond the standard scope of an annual physical without notifying or obtaining my consent, resulting in a bill of over $100 for these tests. P.A. Nicole Santos is amazing, excellent bedside manner, she really takes her time with her patients and is very thorough.
Dr Banduquala was excellent and took time to actually listen, however, the back office staff and office manager are terrible. Over the years I was a patient it was constant issues and nothing was ever easy. Some of the staff have bad attitudes (some are great however). Due to the near constant office issues and incompetence I cannot recommend this office at all. One of the ladies that helps schedule your next visit is perpetually in a bad mood and is always short with patients no matter how careful you are around her.
Very busy practice specializing in diabetes and kidney issues. I had an incident where they tried to coerce/force me into using the pharmacy next door for the very expensive drugs that were prescribed, but I pushed back and they acquiesced It felt like a kickback situation, although I have no proof of that.
