Abe is my go to home inspector. He is knowledgeable, reliable, punctual, honest, professional and does an excellent job of going through his findings with my clients at the end of the inspection. As a former commercial electrician, he adds so much value to my clients when they have electrical questions. Can't recommend this guy enough!!
This appraiser, never returned my calls nor emails to set up the appointment. The only time he bother to call was to charge my credit card 3-4 days after the appraisal was done but never sent the actual appraisal. Almost lost the property I was buying due to the time lost. Never got said appraisal and when I called to get a refund I was told "I do not handle the money side of this". I have the charge on dispute with my bank.
