I received a recall for my Maverick in the mail, called Ford in Sechelt to make an appointment to get it fixed. I arrived on time for my appointment and was told they could'nt do the repair because they did not have the parts. Why did they give me an appointment if they didnt have the parts. I went from Gibsons to Sechelt for nothing.
My go to place for all my Ford Ranger servicing and general maintenance. Service staff friendly, helpful and courteous as always. Ordered and fitted new set of tires, fixed aircon all within stated timeframe. Extremely reasonable in their pricing too. Update: Just had my tailgate handled replaced. Same great service, no fuss, no muss. Updated Thanks again SCF.
Outstanding purchase experience. Jaden really was a sales consultant rather than traditional car sales person - this gave him a lot of credibility in my mind. I also appreciated his understanding of the different financial options I brought to the experience.as well as his helpfulness, patience and ability to switch directions when I changed my mind half way through the purchase. And kudos to his teaching me how to deal with all the new technology, not to mention his followup of the same.
Recently picked up an F150 Lightning. Jaden was helping my wife and I with any questions we had about the trim levels. He was laid back, approachable and real, not just a car sales guy but a regular dude. Louis the sales manager was knowledgeable and up front in a no BS type of way.
