It has been a year since the last comments were posted and I can honestly say nothing has changed. There may be some fine doctors in the practice who knows, because it is hard to get past the office staff that is so horribly RUDE that you don't even want to go there.. Guess what South Coast, your not the only doctors in town and even more than that your are home town doctors that are not affiliated with Singing River Hospital anymore, which makes it even harder. The Staff is Horrible – I have never experienced such horrible customer service especialy from a doctor's office. I tried to deal with it because I liked Dr. Travers but I just couldn't deal with the rudeness any longer, I switched to another doctor. Those associates working in that office could care less about the patience.
Extremely rude office staff. – These people should remember that patients are customers....a little training would help these folks.
