My 90 year old mother has been attending this surgery for some time now, sometimes waiting up to 3 hours to see the specialist. Today I looked at her invoice, which was issued in my father's name (who passed away 15 years ago) then crossed out and mums name hand written. Not to mention an incorrect address. Pretty poor form!!!
Doctor Den has been my eye specialist for a year now. Sometimes long waiting for the appointment but the care he takes makes it worthwhile. Recommended
I see Doc Kottos at that clinic, brilliant.
