I was looking for a car to bring my disabled child back and forth to the hospital. I purchased a car on Monday and it was broken down and unable to drive by FRIDAY! Good place to do business if you are looking for reasonable prices and understand what you are buying. The reviews about buying a car without warranty and complaining that it broke afterwards seem pretty silly to me.
Reserved a moving truck. Show up after paying for an Uber and they don’t have it. They didn’t call to let us know it wasn’t available anymore. The woman working was rude and dismissive about it. Like I understand things happen but if you as the company are in the wrong and make a mistake, at least be kind to the customer when delivering the bad news. Makes it that much worse. So yeah, don’t expect customer service at this dump.

Was supposed to pick up a truck here for my move. They didn’t have the truck available and gave me no advance notice. The staff in the office was rude and dismissive about the problem. I had to pay for a second Uber to get truck somewhere else.
