Very Very bad service!!! seriously. It is really a scam. for a simple demolistion report/permit I submitted. It has taken about 3-months and nothing ye!! on the other hand the city to approve my plans for construction took only 2 moths. AQMD is scam and it is really outrageous also delays your project. This agency should be removed. Also they do not return emails or phone calls.
Incredibly rude and unhelpful. Why even call back if you are going to tell me to 'google it yourself' and hang up on me?
Called and left a voice mail multiple times in no vain.Then there is a person name Jennifer who insisted that I am not the property owner and can't do any work unless hire a contractor, I suggested to prove to her with record from the registrar office that i am the legitimate owner, but nope she wouldn't want to hear that either. Her name pop up as a rude person who doesn't want to help us ( regular people) so she should be in that job.
