I’ve been a patient of Dr. Al-awady for over 20 years. I would highly recommend him. He is a very good doctor, with a great bedside manner. His staff is very friendly and professional.
I called back in mid-October to schedule as a new patient. However, they couldn't take me in because my insurance needed to change my PCP, which took until the next month. I call back as I was told by whoever was on the phone at the doctor's office and they apparently can't take me in anymore even though they gave me no choice but to wait. I have a high blood pressure and respiratory problems. How can you reassure me by telling me you'll call me back and then not call back at all??
