Excellent service. Friendly, fast and clear. Took 20 min to get my smog test done with 2 cars before me at 9.30 am. Highly recommended.
No appointment needed, ttwo techs, so they worked on two cars at on time. Clean shop, gentle with the car, polite, clean waiting room. Price with coupon discount was about $39 plus DMV certificate fee. They send your pass test results directly to DMV over the Internet and print you out your own copy. Overall, a pleasant experience.
This was unfortunately the first smog check location where I felt my time was not respected. After being asked to take a seat, I waited for over 30 minutes without receiving any service or updates. During that time, I observed the owner and another employee assist two customers who had arrived after me. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this shop.
