Friendly reception staff. I booked an appointment here as my original medical centre I goto was booked out and I needed to be seen asap as I had tonsillitis, they were able to fit me in with dr. Justin Van Den Haspel, he was very informative and friendly. This will be my new centre I goto from now on. Thanks again guys

Do not recommend for mental health care! Would avoid Dr. Justin if you’re seeking support for mental health issues. He was dismissive, didn’t seem to listen to what I had to say, and showed little empathy or understanding for what I was going through. It felt like my concerns weren’t taken seriously at all, and I left feeling worse than when I arrived. If you’re looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about mental health, I’d strongly suggest seeing someone else.
I booked a telehealth appointment via their website, and was charged $92, only to see another $98 taken immediately after my appointment. When I called, I was told the $92 was just a “hold” to prove I had the funds and would be released. Ridiculous, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Days later, the money was still not released. I called again, only to be told it had been released, which it absolutely had not.
