Now I remember why I haven't used a VA clinic in more than a quarter century. 100% disabled so entitled to dental. Had new crown work done last Fall after referral to a community dental practice. Took a while because the woman in Salisbury who did the dental referrals let my referral request sit on her desk for weeks and didn't even know it was there.
