Dr. Wells has assembled a great team! Lauren is extremely thorough and personable! Dr. Wells understands that sometimes we have to be money-conscious and doesn't ever try to sell services you don't need. I would recommend South Charlotte Family & Cosmetic Dentistry to everyone!
I have never had my cleaned as well as I had after my cleaning appointment at South Charlotte Dental. The front desk was polite, courteous and fast and throughout my cleaning I was informed of how to clean areas better and even shown how. My technician was pretty, polite and extremely knowledgeable about her job. I even bought an electric toothbrush from the front desk before leaving because I knew I was getting what I needed. As always, it is a pleasure to visit your office. All the employees are very nice, friendly and helpful. I have never have to wait to be seen when going for an appointment. That never happens in any other dental or medical offices.
GREAT first visit for my new dentist in my new city! His dental philosophy and care are professional as well as a conservative approach. He 's very congenial and down-to-earth. The staff are warm, friendly and very helpful. I recommend Dr Wells!
There's no need to fear going to the dentist if you go to South Charlotte Family and Cosmetic Dentistry! Everyone you come in contact with, from Dr. Wells himself, to the hygienists (Sandra was mine and she was awesome) and office staff are warm, welcoming, reassuring and highly competent. I recommend them highly. And be sure to investigate their care plan for discounts.
Wells makes you feel like you are part of a family
Dr. Wells replaced a very old crown that had broken. It was a pain-free and pleasant experience. I'm very pleased with the replacement.
Broke my denture at breakfast and immediately phoned the office. Kim couldn't of been any nicer. She had me come in immediately. Dropped the dentures mid morning and by 1:00 p.m received them beautifully repaired. How nice is that? Dr.Wells is a kind and compassionate person who will do his best to make his patient happy and comfortable.
