Love Dr Kassab and his staff. They are all very knowledgeable and helpful. My PCP referred me to an endocrinologist, I always had communication issues with them. Dr Kassab talks to you and explains everything. My appointments for my injections are always scheduled on time. I feel like I am at a good place to be treating my osteoporosis.
I started off with a different Rheumatologist before, but after switching employers and new insurance that wouldn't pay for my ongoing treatment, they just ghosted me, which was very frustrating and unprofessional of them. I then started my search for a new practice, and that is when I stumbled across Dr. Kassab and South Charlotte Rheumatology. They had amazing reviews unlike my first one. Dr. Kassab was wonderful! He listened to every aspect of my problem, explained my options, and started me on a path to answers. He spent more time with me than I could ever imagine. His staff is caring and helpful.
I am amazed how quickly they respond to questions through their portal! Best patient care EVER!
