Paul Curcio was our inspector. We moved into our home on July 20. Since that time, I have heard twice, “Didn’t your inspector see this?!” It’s been a very frustrating and sad move for us. 1. About two to three days after we moved in, our AC went out. It turns out the AC was down to just 3-ish pounds. American Air used all the Freon they had with them. There is a major leak in a coil.
