TRUE BAIT AND SWITCH PRACTICE that I was very close to see if I should talk to a lawyer about! I saw a car I liked (Sonata hybrid Plug-in) in online inventory and came to see it and was ready to purchase it for the price listed on the web. I qualified for almost all the rebates they said they had in small print. I was willing to pay for the the rebate I didn’t qualify for, but they straight up told me they had a mistake in their pricing and they could not sell me the car that low. This dealership continues to underperform when it comes to their service department. They do not communicate with customers and have repeatedly failed to provide valet service for Genesis customers. I have had a couple of appointments scheduled in which they did not show up to pick up my car. I had to chase them down on both occasions. On the second occasion it took 5 hours to get someone to explain why they never showed and it turns out that they are no longer providing Genesis valet service. Bought my car here and basically got ripped off by the sales managers but I guess thats just the business they are in, anyways brought the car back here to get some things fixed but according to them it was "made that way", the service staff is just terrible, very rude and unprofessional, and not even knowledgeable enough to fix my car. I can deal with rude if you are at least professional and knowledgeable in your job. but they failed completely.
